Running Skyrim On Older Hardware?

Can a computer with a PCI-e x16 1.0 bus and DDR2 memory clocked at 800 megahertz run Skyrim?

That depends on what the rest of the hardware is, like what kind of processor it got, what kind of graphic card it got and how much RAM it got.
