Sales on Steam means Heartfire is coming to PC?

I noticed Skyrim, Dawnguard and TES Collection on sale on Steam. Does that mean Heartfire is coming to PC these days?

No, nothing been announced regarding the Hearthfire release. The two things are separate and irrelevant to eachother.
