Greetings,

A friend of mine told me that when I buy Crysis 2 I should get the Sandbox 3 (Cryengine) for modding... Now it seems that it's unavailable at the moment (as I quickly skimmed the forums), but any insight on the release and are we supposed to download it seperately or it'll be a patch?
