I did a search and found one thread that made reference to this, but did not answer what may have happened.

I have this misc quest with the letter from Glover to Sapphire. Previously Sapphire and I were on good terms. Now I returned from Ravenrock and went to give Sapphire that letter and all she says is "I have no business with you".

What did I do wrong or what could have happened to have this reaction. I am level 80 and ruler of the TG and have not done anything to Glover. Anyone have any ideas or have this happen to them too. Thanks!
