The more locations I interact with, the larger my save file becomes. It makes sense, because there's more and more information that needs to be stored whenever I interact with a new location.

What I want to know is that if resetting all the dungeons in my save file would decrease its size. I'd essentially be reverting all the locations in Skyrim to their vanilla state, but does that mean Skyrim knows it no longer needs to store information on those locations in saves?

Just wondering.
