Alright.

I saved right before configuring the HELIOS-1 Maintenance for the ARCHIMEDES satellite and went to go activate the panel to reconfigure the array. After said thing happened, I went back inside and I had second thoughts. So I try to load up the save I had done just moments ago.

No such luck. Then, and any time that I try to load the autosave and that specific file it pops up this:

Either option prompts up this little dialogue box:


Then it puts me back to the main menu.

Choosing Continue only freezes the game. I had the game installed and I tried clearing cache to no such luck. My only option is, ironically, to choose a save file some 12 hours previous that works.

I did not receive any DLC cards or codes with my game, nor did I enter any. It just seems to be a corrupt save file.

It seems to be corrupt, yes. If it was an autosave file, then It is definatley corrupted. If not, then I have no clue.

Same problem but mine is not a auto save !

That was one of many bugs that nearly ended the game for me as well.

I found that clearing the XBox cache fixed it. After clearing the cache, updates will get reloaded and you should be good to go.

This was a very well known pre-patch bug. Do you have the current patch? Are you able to connect your Xbox to the internet (having a live account isn't entirely required I don't believe, just an internet connection). This bug shouldn't exist after the latest patch (no one has reported its return since the patch at least. As well, everyone has reported that the patch restores those saves as well).
