Save games between console and PC

Okay I have a random question, I already know it is possible to get a xbox save game to be put on your pc version of skyrim, but is there, lets say, a way to get a PC game save onto a PS3 version of the game?
Just curious cause a friend of mine wanted to know and I didn't know the answer so thought I might as well ask here.
