[REQ] Save training sessions for later

Its highly likely this wont happen before the CK but I'm throwing the idea out there in case some supergenius has the inclination to magic it out of nowhere through whatever arcane secrets all the people making non-graphical mods already must share ;)

Oblivion had this sweet mod that allowed you to save your 5 training sessions per level till later if you were so inclined. Thats a must for me because I feel compelled to micromanage these aggressively to avoid wasting them and it ends up being detrimental to the "just do whatever and things will fall in place slowly but surely" mood of a wide open RPG. Its certainly not as much as a crime against ORPGs as say, micro-managing multipliers was in Oblivion, but it's still something that can be done away with without any regrets.

The Oblivion mod simply used the "times trained" variable and compared it to (LVL*5) to determine your eligibility to train more. Instead of 0/5 you could see 110/145 if you were level 29 and had used 110 sessions, for instance. That should be fairly easy to reproduce in Skyrim, and I'll do it myself with the CK. But since its likely nearly two months away and since i have no idea what is and isn't possible right now, I thought I'd throw this out there.

Thanks and happy gaming!
