Two days before skyrim got out, i just got my Ps3 80gb from repair a a independent fixer, it worked and i played Skyrim to i reached lvl 20, worked like hell for it.....when i enter windheml, my ps3 freezes, and i have to shut it off, when i turn it on.....yellow and purple dots own the screen.....turn it off and on again, works, opens skyrim and when i load almost anything, freeze... seems like the hardrive does not want to work to much, i bought a new ps3 the day after becuse of my upcomming birthday and amazing girlfriend, so i managed to transfer my save file from my old ps3 to my new....i install Skyrim on the new ps3 slimm 160 gb, and when i load, it says "save file is from another user, cannot achve trophies" thats a kick in the balls right there, but i can handle it, but now i cannot save in skyrim at all....it does not autosave, it cant save, the only thing i can do, is load..


is everything i have done so far, and battles i have in encoutered, both in the game and with my ps3 for nothing?...

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to help you, but I'm very interested in this issue. I plan on installing a SSD in my PS3 to fix the lag issues, but I'm TERRIFIED of losing my 60+ hour game. I will more than likely play this game twice, but I'm not ready to re-grind all of the [censored] I have done over the past 7 days quite yet LOL.

I want to mention, we had a similar bug on Fallout 3 and fallout new vegas...dont remember the fix

in agame riddled with bugs, and a major one on this console, could somebody please help me, i REALLY dont want to restart a new character when i get home, i'm pissed

i see no other option you must restart the game from scratch.....hopefully you don't break another console...
