Say you completed the Companions before siding with the Vamp

I am assuming they will be able to override your lycanthrophy and change you to a Vamp Lord?

If so, is there a way to get beast blood again later?

Or you could just cure your lycanthropy (the same way you cured Kodlak) and not have to put it to worry.
