So I finally get the nicest looking light armor that still looks like light armor and i cant upgrade it? I have all the perks necessary and can craft my own regular scaled armor but it still doesnt show up on the list when i get to the blacksmiths table. Anyone else have this problem? Im positive that its not that im lacking any resources or anything like that. Im guessing this is one of the things beth missed or just swept under the rug.

It looks like none of the Scaled Horn pieces are upgradable. Whether or not this is an oversight on the part of the developers is unknown.
