Screen Doesnt Fit

I called gamestop and the guy said to some here because everyone here knows how to fix it. Tried setting my console settings to 720p. No difference. Any advice?

Explain better yopu problem, what are you using as screen i have a 37TV and i must set it to screen : JUST SCAN, cause in 16/9 it cut some.
