Whenever I cast or have certain spells equipped (all fire spells, the flying ice spear) my screen strobes yellow and green. I have tried making a new game, reinstalling, restarting computer and game, and verifyig files. Help?

if you have an ati card try to disable Anti-aliasing, Anisotropic filtering and the A.I slider bar.
