Haha, I can see why you'd ask that question. Although I'm surprised that the moderators haven't changed it for you.

You can, in very rare cases ask a moderator/admin to change it for you, although they only normally change the small things about your name, such as captial letters, as it's how the forum identify you.

I wish I could change mine but alas, I'm not allowed.

That pretty much answers the question, the best way is to forget your account, make a new one with the user name you want and the old account will eventually disappear with lack of used.

Unfortunately you cannot transfer any post count over so you will have to start again.
