This may only happen with Steam Cloud support disabled but it's been consistently reproducable.

First screenshot writes to C:\Users\\Saved Games\id Software\Rage\base\screenshots\shot99998.jpg OK.
Second and subsequent screenshots attempt to write to C:\Users\\Saved Games\id Software\Rage.

Since this is a folder, not a file, writing the screenshot fails.
