Script errors on a fresh install

I've been having a variety of script errors ever since I reinstalled Skyrim on a new HD and OS about two weeks ago (meaning it started on v1.6). Basically, random scripts seem to like throw errors around whenever.
This is a completely virgin vanilla installation, no mod has ever touched it, the ini files are fresh as well, apart from the settings to enable logging. I've noticed no ill effects on my game, but these errors can't be good.

This is a log of my doing a quick run through the opening sequence on then slaughtering some bandits near Riverwood.

Anyone got a clue what's causing all this?
