So I've tried to start 2 new games now and the same thing happens. After the first prisoner has been decapitated the guard goes back to his spot while the onlookers yell something and then nothing happens after that. Everyone is just standing around doing nothing.
Please help.

Got it fixed. Had to run verify cache from steam options and then I received an update. Working fine now.
