My Skyrim will not run because ever time i click play this pops up:

Skyrim patched to 1.7, therefor the Script Dragon program needs to be updated to work with it. You'll have to wait for a script dragon update or uninstall script dragon.

Moving this to the mod section since this is a mod issue.
