I always wanted to play a good Online Strategy Game. But there are too many, I tested much games and most of them have a pay to win system or are kinda bad designed.

I want to play one with decent graphics and fair gameplay, do you know a game like this?

Tribal wars (Huge playerbase)
OGame (Lots of strategy, pretty good community)
Grepolis (I'm relatively new to the game but it looks good)

What do you guys think of Evony, Caesary or Terra Militaris?

Pretty sure Evony/Caesary are scams.

I heard Caesary is a bad evony copy.

Is League of Legends considered strategy (it's free)? Or is strategy more like RISK? Or an RTS?

How about Starcraft?

Yes, League of Legends is kinda a strategy game (a MOBA to be exact, MOBA = Multiplayer Online Battle Arena).
But I'm looking for a Massive Multiplayer Strategy game, like Grepolis, Evony, Caesary, Terra Militaris, Ikarim, ...
