Second weapon holster for dual wielding?

Post » Sat Jan 26, 2013 7:35 pm

So as you all know when you dual wield only one weapon is shown in it's sheath, and when you unsheathe the other weapon just appears in your hand, which seems stupid to me.

I mean surely it would make sense for their to be a second holster? Maybe on the other side of the waist, or even both weapons holstered on your PC's back?

Before Skyrim was released Bethesda were hyping up the new feature of dual wielding, yet it seems it's kinda been handled half-heartedly in that respect. It's not game breaking it just seems a little silly that they didn't include a second holster for a second weapon.

Anybody else agree?

There's also no scabbards for two-handed weapons, they just magically float on your back.

I had a character who had two weapons sheathed, once. One on each side. They were those Alik'r Scimitars.
Pretty sure it was a glitch, though :c
