Secret wine stash in raven rock

The head solider asks me to find it. Says its possibly in an abandoned house. Can't find it. Help!

It's in a barrel "outside", between the house and the rubble foundation next door.

Check in a barrel between the foundations of the two ruined houses on the West side of town.

Took me forever to figure that out...
