I read on the UESP that the Conjure Seeker spell is not affected by Twin Souls? I can understand the decision as having two of these badass mofos would be way OP.
Do Elemental Potency and/or Atromancy increase the strength of these guys? From experience my conjured Saggy Jellies are not quite as powerful as the ones in Apocrypha, especially as he can't duplicate himself (tested by being a spectator of a dog Seeker fight).
Just asking before I start investing heavily.
