Vast majority of people can probably disregard this post. I offer it up very meekly in the hope of having a certain mystery solved.

I have found my way here via the "lore forum" with the aim of pursuing a beautiful glimmering ideal that I witnessed in some relatively ancient threads. This thought was entitled the "Marukhati Selective" or possibly "collective" or "collected" which appeared to be a set of plans eventually forming a concrete idea of a roleplay-based guild for supporting some of the more obscure elements of Elder Scrolls history and background in TESO. The reason that I post is to wonder if there is anywhere I should be looking for people with a significant level of enthusiasm for the project, or whether it has entirely dissipated.

I have read through all five-and-three-quarters threads on these Bethesda forums (both those found on TESO and Lore boards) and also have seen the guild thread on the tesof.com TESO forums, which appears to be only slightly less dead than the most recent thread here (by about a month or so). While I understand that the whole thing has slowed down and doesn't appear to have had any more input from MK, it would be nice to know if "stuff is still happening".

Why dont you just ask Merari?

Good point and thank you. The reasons are that I am the sort of person that is terrified of something as logical but personal as a PM (which is irrational as it removes the possibility of slipping up in public, which appears to be what I may have done here) and more importantly, I'm not thinking straight.
