Gamers want nothing to do with 3rd person world of warcraft clones that are not world of warcraft. A 3rd person hotkey based mmo based on the elderscrolls universe is completely uninteresting. Im probly going to get flamed for this , but this whole project is a huge waste of money and this funding can be put towards something GOOD like a next gen elders scroll game and a new engine for said elderscrolls game. This MMO will flop within 2 months of release and will not have any return on investment and will embarrass your company the same way it embarrassed bioware.

Unless you have a new idea for an MMO game (for example , a first person elderscrolls experiance online with real time combat just like the singleplayer game) , dont bother because blizzard cant be competed with financially or on a marketing standpoint in any form.

Psst, Take a look at TERA, it's a third person Hot-Key, but the combat is much more similar to what we know and love as ES fans. If they're shooting for anything they should shoot for that. I really hope that they do, too.
