i got a problem
im finished w the main quest but 1 quest not finished
on this quest i must bring the lexicon to Septimus Signus i done that allready & was completing all challenge after that one
but now it says i must wait that he encode it but nothing happens there
i cant complet the quest

I did that quest even before the Patches, never got that glitch he always just started doing his thing.

I just completed that quest last week without a problem. I know that doesn't necessarily help, but it does highlight that some people get PS3 bugs and some don't.

In order for this quest not to glitch, you have to give Septimus the lexicom BEFORE reading the Elder Scroll at Throat of the World. If you do it in reverse order, your quest will not complete.
