after the vamp storyline i have her as a companion. if i dismiss her, it doesnt allow me to make her follow me right away. does that mean she will never be a companion again?

I have that problem too. Only mine was caused from her leaving to cure her own vampirism. Would be great if we could find out if this is something the beta testers found and reported.
