No, no its not she loves her gift and embraces every moment of it, hell if you cure yourself of vampirism she keeps tempting you to go back.

Once the Dawnguard questline is complete, you can speak to her about curing her Vampirism. Should she accept, she will leave you, saying she's heading to Falion for a cure. She will return to Fort Dawnguard after a few days, cured, yet she will still use the same dialog as though she were still a vampire and will still wear her hood when outdoors. If the Dragonborn persistently asks her about her potential pursuit of a cure at inopportune times, Serana may become upset and the Dragonborn consequentially loses the dialog option.

she is cured in my game but some people have had issues with it.

So is it possible to become a vampire from her and be cured as much as you want ?

i heard if you dont ask her about curing herself until after hakon is dead she can be cured

You can cure her if you side with the dawnguard and don't ask her about being a vampire until after the MQ then she will go off and cure herself BTW how does she tempt you?

When is an appropriate time or place to ask her ? ( sorry for all he noobie questions )

after you finish the Dawnguard questline.

choose dawnguard side
always choose nice dialogue
dont ask her ever about the cure until harkon is dead
ask after he is dead and she will go out to get the cure and come back in a few days

ive killed Harkon and asked her but she didnt want to, so now i've lost the option to say that, but i saved just before i asked her

She is cured at the end of my Dawnguard quest ... still playing through the other side (vamps) & wondering if it works the same?

She loves the dragonborn and his/her blood and wants to turn the dragonborn at any chance because she thinks you'll love the gift as much as she loves it....so yes.

Wait so if you are doing the vampire quest line and you cure yourself of vampirism you can simply ask serana to re infect you? What does she say when you ask? In what ways does she try to tempt you? I mean I am going to RP it as my character takes harkon's blood at first but cures herself afterwards since if she has harkon's blood harkon may still have some control over her when it comes to the time when she wants to kill him to take his place. Since I think in tes lore master vampires have some control over the people they turn.
