I had Marcurio as a follower when I took both elder scrolls to the moth priest who then sent me of to find an Ancestor glade. Then Serana who I had previously left at fort Dawnguard came up to me and said I hope we find the glade soon. Obviously Shes meant to come along for this quest and I thought ah now Im going to Lose Marcurio But no I kept him so I had bot as followers at the same time. I though well this should be good I will go and kill a few bandits with my super power team and the glade can wait. When we got to a bandit hideout I charged the first bandit the other two let fly with some magic.That sadly is were it all went wrong one must have hit the other and Serana and Marcurio stated fighting. I sat back and watched it was a pretty good fight with some shouting about kill the beast and you cant defeat me. Serana eventually won as she cant die and Marcurios lifeless body lay broken on the floor.

Marcurio uses Chain Lightning which can hit allies, Serana doesn't like being hit by anyone other than the Dragonborn (I often had to beat the crap out of her to get her out of the drain life animation).

Lol. Me too. She seems to lock into it ALL THE TIME.

So far, she's killed my attacked my dark brotherhood female follower(and got her butt kicked until I fast travelled and ended it), my zombies, and attacked Shadowmere(too bad for her I wasn't about to let her kill my horse).

I don't like Serena, *Flame suit on* she is useful at telling you information, not much else. That mission where she called Marcurio a normal person slob or something like that I remembered that companions speech with the whole, I would raise a blade in his honour, I would lead the feast in the mead hall in his name. I would raise my shield in his defence. I thought Marcurio I trust, you are not a creepy vampire.

Ditto, while she is great in combat she svcks (pun intended) for everything else and causes more hassle than its worth. I only take here along when Im forced to for the quests.

She killed my horse too, I guess she doesn't like to share the dragonborn's attention.

Yeah she's become a pain in the ass. Marcurio and her got into it in a dugeon we were in and he kept stunning her into submission but she wouldn't stop...had to reload.
Also Im sick and tired of being hit in the back with her ice spikes. She does more damage to my character than the enemies. I love her voice actress (Cristine from New vegas)but hate taking her with me.

Her voice actor is Laura Bailey

She gets in the way in combat to much for me and causes trouble she will not be joining me anytime soon.

I can't say I've had that much of a problem with her. But now that I've finished the MQ and I don't think she is marked as issential anymore, I'm going to get Erik back. I only upgraded her weapons, she didn't even wear the armor so I sold it. I liked not haveing to worry that she was going to die in every fight, just take a knee. Plus hearing different comments was nice.

Actually, Serana is the only follower in the game who is permanently essential. Which is the ONLY reason she is still with me, she's killed Vilkas, Lydia, Iona, Vigilance, Shadowmere, Meeko, three trolls, Marcurio and Illith. The DB Initiate and her got into a fight that lasted about twenty minutes until I used a strong enough calm spell on them. I switched my entire build over to an Illusionist in order to deal with her attitude problems.

You should have attacked Serana, downed her and sheathed your weapon. That could reset her feelings toward Marcurio if she accepts your yield.

OMG she is the ultimate companion its normally me who kills the followers by "accident" I think me and serana will get along fine.

I had thought she was only essential til the end of the MQ, it's good to know she is permanently essential. I thought I had read that their is another follower that is marked as essential from the College? I've been saveing the College questline, though I did part of it with my test character.

Aren't the three stooges the only followers from the college? Because they have all died in previous saves for me. Is there anyone else from the college?

I got rid of her every chance I got... Magic is just.. Gosh

I would Fus-Ro-Dah her off every high point I was at...
