So I was doing one of the dwemer retrieval quests, the one with the bandit chief and the sabre cat. So when I got to the cages I just knew serana would do something to mess up my plan to put the sabre cat in the pen with the leader so I told her to wait at the top of the entrance.

When the fighting started she ran in and joined in. But afterwards I no longer had the option to get her to re follow. The only command I could give was to part ways. I figured I would just get her to follow me again once we got back to fort dawnguard.

Anyway it has been multiple in-game days now and still the only options I have is to get the blood-soaked arrows or to get her to turn me into a vampire.

Is there any immediate way to fix this.

Reloading is out of the question, I've done to many quests since then. I would rather not have her follow me and, hopefully, wait for a patch than have to reload.
