When starting the game for the first time it askes you for the Serial Activation number that is on the back of the instruction book. After I enter it, I get a message that the number is invalid. I have tried entering the number with and without the dashes (-) but I still get the same message.

I have searched gamesas.com but did not find an answer on their faqs or forum (only found concerning multiplayer). I have tried to send customer support a message but when I click on the "send" button of their contact form nothing happens, it does not send.

I bought my copy (Limited Edition) from my local Best Buy, it was not opened and packaging was not tampered with upon purchase.

I found the problem. The "S" looked like a "5". I was helped by my fellow gamers at gamfaqs.com.
