Hi, I am up to level 37 and have just got to the end part of The Staff of Magnus quest. When I entered the final chamber in Labyrinthian, I saw the two mages, just standing there, and I easily killed them, then Morokei turns on me and casts ineffective spells at me. I can walk right up to him, cast destruction spells (I have level 97 destruction) at him, swing weapons at him, all to no effect. Have been in and out of Labyrinthian, done other quests and come back again but it's always the same.
This now means that I cannot get the staff, because Morokei is invincible, as he takes no damage. This also means that because everyone at the Mages College is obsessed with Ancano, none of the dialogue options appear to enable me to buy expert destruction spells etc - which is immensely frustrating. Effectively, after hours and hours and hours of gameplay, my character is stuck without any ability to purchase the spells which I've worked for hours to be able to get, and the whole Mage's College storyline and characters frozen out of the game.
Does anyone know how I might remedy this? Seems this is not an unknown glitch but not very common. Is it likely to be fixed in an update?
