For example:

This is an example of how a smooth mouse movement should be like (work with me here..)
Instead I am experiencing something very similar to this instead.
_\

it is as if my screen is experiencing a "Shaking" effect simply when looking around. The framerate appears to be solid so, I do not understand why this is happening. This happens very much so when I am indoors, such as a cave. It barely occurs outside in skyrims world, at least I haven't noticed if it has happened yet outside.
It's to such an extent that it's making the game feel unplayable for me. It's that frustrating.
HARDWARE/SOFTWARE: Using windows 7 64bit. Using a LOGITECH G9X gaming mouse, software/driver - setpoint 632. Checked firmware and all up-to-date.
THINGS I HAVE TRIED:
1. I disabled mouse smoothing/acceleration off in the game, in the setpoint software, and in the default OS settings. no change.
2. I used the OS's native driver/settings instead of setpoints, no change.
3. I uninstalled setpoint 632 completely and tried that, no change.
4. I turned mouse smoothing back on, on both the mouse and in-game, no change. I turned it on in the game only, no change. Turned it on for the mouse only, no change.
5. I tried forcing vsync through my video card "ccc" instead, though the game was already using it. I read this may do something. No change.
6. Tried changing both mouse axis in the ini file to 0.0200
THINGS I HAVEN'T/ or WON'T DO:
1. Disabling vsync. I read that this messes the games entire timezone and other mechanics up completely if you turn it off, as well as the games physix. Unless a patch has fixed this problem?
2. Playing in windowed mode/andor using Skyrim borderless window mod. This disables crossfire for me on my radeon HD 5970 (single dual-gpu card), so I lose HALF my performance when doing this. Oddly enough, playing in windowed mode actually made the problem completely disappear. The issue completely went away when I played the game in windowed mode; however I don't have the horsepower to play without crossfire smoothly so playing in windowed mode isn't an option for me.
3. Forcing a framelock with a mod or graphic software. Read it's the same deal as disabling vsync, that it completely messed up the games timezone and other mechanics up beyond repair.
MODS INSTALLED: The only mod I am using is SKYui, and the high resolution texture pack from bethesda. I disabled skyui but problem doesn't change.
At this point I'm hoping to bring attention to this problem in the hopes that it gets fixed in a hot patch or something. I really don't know what else to do.
Either this needs a hotfix from bethesda, or someone who's smarter than me needs to help me here.
