Serious problem on xbox, i need help! :

I have about 8 different profiles but only one save for each one, but every single profile freezes when i access my map! I hit B then scroll down to the map section an it just goes to a black screen an freezes :/
I dont wanna have to delete everything an start over. Anyone got any advice??

How old is your Xbox? I'm just thinking that it could be the xbox that's causing the problem, make sure there's no dust in the back and side fan holes, you can just blow the dust out if you take a deep enough breath, otherwise I'm not sure how to fix, sorry. :confused:

Its a new xbox. an i can't find any threads anywhere talking about this particular problem :/

I would advise on using a vacuum as opposed to blowing. You could easily make things worse. Especially if to get dust into places that prevent the machine from reading the disk.

One could even argue that a vacuum could harm as well.
