Seriously everyone read, I need all the help I can get

Alright need some serious help here. May I note that I have already called Microsoft and went through numerous procedures to fix my current Skyrim problem and nothing has changed, they could not help me, but maybe some of you can :) Alright so the problem is this: I was playing the game perfectly fine for about 3 days now since it's release, all was well. While leaving Windhelm to enter Skyrim from one of the city doors, the game went to its usually loading screen. These loading screens take around 20-30 seconds on average to load, no big deal. But this time, the loading screen was up to 15 minutes now of still loading, something was obv screwed up, so I shut my xbox off. Turned it back on, loaded Skyrim, got to the main menu, which may I mention had lagged for about a second and looked like there were words on top of words, then the menu read with the options of: "New" or "Credits"... there was no option to "continue" or "load", thus my saved game was deleted. I freaked out, restarted my xbox and whatnot, loaded Skyrim back up, and there it was again, nothing but "new" or "credits".... my 38 hour total time played was gone. I made a new character and thought "[censored] this game, but Ill love it too much so I suppose I'll start over". When I tried to save my game on this new character, it would say it was saving when I clicked "new save" but when I went to the "load" menu, there was nothing there, which means none of my saves were actually working. I exited Skyrim and checked my hardrive. There was plenty of room on the hardrive so that wasnt the problem, but there was literally no trace of Skyrim ever being played on my memory log, but yet in my "achievements" and "last game played" section of my xbox dashboard, Skyrim was there.... I called Microsoft, which was a complete waste because they werent able to help me and we were speaking for a mere 2 hours.I even brought the game back to my Gamestop store, they gave me a brand new copy free of charge, and the same exact problem is still occuring! I looked up forums and whatnot and problems like this are only occuring on PS3's and I havent read much on xbox 360 problems. So please please please can somebody help me, this is [censored] [censored] and to be honest I dont really know what to do next in my hunt to just [censored] play some Skyrim, thanks guys!

It sounds like you have a hard drive problem.

Unplug your HD for a min.
Try clearing your cache.
Try deleting anything you can from your HD, related to Skyrim.
Try playing and saving from a different account, on the same xbox.

Worst case, replace your HD.

Could also try formatting a flash drive to the Xbox and see if you can save it there, if the mentioned here does not work for the Hard drive.
