U updated the game via EADM? Without the Day-One Patch u get this problem of course.

HAD SAME PROBLEM-U NEED 2 RE-INSTALL THE GAME. then once installed and patched you need to load the game by using the game disc NOT THE DESK TOP SHORT CUT! Or u will have to do it all over again. You will know if you have done it right if you have "Quick Match" option on the multiplayer menu. After that you will be right to use short cuts.
