REPAIRING THE PHIAL--- Although I have all the parts needed, the briar heart remains unaccounted for and has an arrow over the dead npcs head..I have the heart and try to drop it but you are unable to drop quest items. The Arrow remains above the dead charactor even though I have the heart so unable to continue quest.

BLOOD ON ICE--- Even though I have ALL the clues the quest will not continue on..Jorleif has no further information and "following up clues from Hjerim" does nothing even though I attempt to confront the court wizard Wuunferth the unliving although he says nothing. The quest arrow remains above Jorleifs head but he has nothing to add.

Miscellanous- "Locate the quill of Gemination under lake Honrich"and "Bring a Dragon Scale and Dragon Bone to Esbern" The first shows no quest arrow when selecting it and the later will not clear even though I have brought the dragon scale/bone to esbern.
"Collect bounty from Skald" will also not clear even though the quest was completed.
