ShackleWallMarker Problem

Post » Mon Jun 18, 2012 8:40 am

Hi all, I'm creating a prison but I've a problem. I added some shackle wall marker with prisoners, and they work, but if I hit the prisoner one time he falls down. How to fix that? Thank you.

Really, no one. The CK's been out less than a week, and odds are you're the first to want to put a prisoner on the wall. Take a look at what Bethesda did in Northwatch keep, figure it out, then you can tell us.

This very problem has been driving me insane i checked everything and couldn't see how it was done anywhere. However i finally figured out how to reproduce it.

1. Copy the shackle package, assign it to your npc and give it a reference.
2. Open your NPC and go to the relationships panel and assign it one as follows. Parent NPC - Player, Child NPC (Your NPC), Ally.
3. Finally give them the script defaultIgnoreFriendlyHits.

As a result they'll hang in the shackles while you beat them to a bloody pulp. If you want to prevent them dying i suggest giving them a ability to regenerate their health.
