So I'd like to have my dragon re-use some taunts from mq106 and mq303, but I cant figure out how to share the lines with my actor or how to properly set up a quest for dialogue.

How do I share vanilla dialogue lines with another actor?

Also, why won't the sounds for dragon's shouts play even though they seem to be properly rigged and conditioned? eg. Yol Toor Shul is just generic roar when used by dragons, and Fus Ro Dah is silent.

you can make a new dialogue quest and add the shared dialogue in the misc tab of the quest as a SharedInfo type

once you create your topic infos, just check the pre-defined path that the CK creates and copy/paste/rename the voice files into that file path
