Lol. No one ever called me that, but I heard in a Companions quest dialogue that I was supposed to go rough up some "milk drinker" lol. I laughed for a good 2 seconds on that.

There are travelers on the roads named by their race and they will talk [censored] to you. You have a dialogue option to throw down. My first encounter was with a female orc, no way i was letting that fly.

A male Orc in a steel armor called my Argonian a milk drinker in an inn. Moments later his armor was mine and I continued drinking ale.

Some guy wanted to bet me 100G he could kick my ass. I was going to throw down but I just spent all my money! REally, I just bought a bunch of spells. meh. Too broke to pick a fight is pretty broke.
