Sheath Weapon. : V

I have my character equipped with Sword and Shield and have spells and the long bow as favourites for fast swapping.

However much I press R to sheath the sword and lower the shield, he only sheaths for a few seconds (maybe 5) the he starts waving them in front even though there is no danger apparent. As soon as the weapon is out, he stops running and starts creeping forward as if in stealth mode.
It's becoming a real problem for me and is beginning to annoy me intensely!
Even if I unequip him, his fists come out and he slows down to a crawl again.

I haven't even gotten to the bear yet, so he hasn't learned to creep!

Anyone else got this?
Is it just for the first tutorial part?

You haven't got a controller hooked up by any chance? It may be interfering. You can disable the 360 controller in the options menu.

Sorry no I don't posses an XBox (or any other console for that matter) and the only controllers I have for my PC are my Keyboard and Mouse (Deathadder).

Haven't had this option..for me it's hitting the mouse buttons and pulling his weapons.

I am trying to still figure out hotkeys if they work or not. R is the default to pull/sheath weapons but hitting the M1/M2 buttons does the same thing prior to attack (although that won't sheath). I dislike having to pause the game by going into my favorites to swap from bow to sword/shield.

OOH It could be the extra mouse buttons on my Mouse!

Changing the keybindings have caused some problems for some people, no idea if it could cause the above behaviour though.

You're better off posting this in the Hardware and Software Issues forum:

Mea Culpa - all my fault.

It's because I was pressing and holding either my left or right mouse button to 'look about'. Clearly a habit from another game and one I will have to unlearn.
Each time you press a mouse button you 'ready' whichever weapon (or spell or shield) you bound to that button.

At least I worked it out!
