I can't find these little buggers anywhere...

Anybody got a solution to craft this? (When smithing it is under Misc.)

I assumed it was a random drop from the mutated stage of the Charus. I never actually found one though.

I'd go check, but the beta board is gone and I'm about 2000 miles from home.

When you enter the Forgotten Vale, hug the right rock wall and look for a cave. There's a Falmer out front. Search that cave.
