You would shout CHEESE FOR EVERYONE

i would say its stupid and it makes no sense that a dragon will shout something like "RAIN OF BURNING CHEESE!!!" in his language and melted cheese would fall from the skies.. since dragon shouts are words of the dragon language


...but then i remembered the throw voice shout.. and that shout makes even less sense. so sure, why not.

But the shouts are phrases, the dragons don't have to use them the same way de PC does. It's not like you say "fire" in dragon and then fire appears out of thin air. You must want to do it in some way, Example: One dragon can say "Voice fool far" speaking of how he confused another dragon buddy, with that phrase being part of a longer speech. But you can use it to throw your voice and say cheese brain to random people.

i don't know.. every time a dragon uses fire breath he says "yol..." just like we do

So you are saying dragons are completely without humour? If that was true then why do they turn invisible then snatch mammoths and horses up into the air and drop them if not for the lulz?

Throw voice is how they've kept themselves entertained during the long winter months.

Actually, while the shouts are the language of the dragons, there are words created by humans like dragon rend.
Interesting theory .

Now i'm hoping that there's a shout editor in the Creation Kit.
And that i can figure out how to use it.
Because silly custom shouts like this would be so much fun to make and use.

actually you can use skyEdit to edit and create shoutes, words of powers, etc. i'm working on a new shout that works like clairvoyance, and i'll replace clairvoyance with a new spell.

Good idea, probably will have some hilarious uses. If I make a Sheogorath character, this is a must get.

if you want weird crazy shout, do a shout that undresses everyone you shout at.
or a shout that transform the enemy into random things.


..or just a shout with the wabbajack effect

I would KILL for a Wabbajack shout. I would kill dragons! And zombies! And Thalmor! And Bandits! And the Silver Hand! And lay off the skooma for a bit...

Seriously, though, a Wabbajack shout would be hard core.
