So, I love the Wolf Armor. My newest character is pure blood nord companion. Really into the werewolf motif. That whole thing. But, there aren't really any shields that go for it that are smithable. I guess the Shield of Ysgrammor is kind of cool, but it's not smithable. Any suggestions on a good shield to go with the armor? I'm sort of throwing around the idea of using Targe of the Blooded since I have to go down that way in a little bit anyway, but any other suggestions would be welcome.

Only other thing that is coming to mind for me, is the Solitude Guard Shield, given it's got a wolf face painted on it since it's Solitude's crest.

Though, that is blood red so it wouldn't match well.

The Nordic Carved Shield? The Stalhrim shield looks nice, I'm willing to bet the blue color matches perfectly with the Wolf Armor.

The Nordic Carved is a really interesting idea. They both have a fur finish, they both are sort of a metallic color...it might work.

Ysgramor's shield is a good one.

There's that spiked shield that's really cool

Other than the Targe of the Bloodied, Carved Nordic is going to be your best bet.

He sort of said he preferred not to use those in the original post.
