Shielding roomsAnti-Portals?

Hey, i am creating a (granted rather....compact) cell, that has several rooms right next to each other like a labyrinth. Now the problem is that everytime i attack a person in there, the people in the other rooms of the labyrinth keep beeing alerted, trying to get to me, then eventually giving up and returning to their place. However i want them to only get alerted when the player actually is in the room, or at least nearby. So is there a way to tell them not to attack people in a special room? I only seem to have that problem in one pair of rooms that are too closeby and just a little elevated from the other.

Aggro-Radius does not work since the room is longer than the other room is away, so i gotta decide either some people don't attack you even in the room, or people attack you even outside their room.

So maybe there is something like a "anti-portal" that shields the room from anything outside the room?

Just create a faction netral to the player, and stick all guards not in same room as player in that

put a trigger box behind each connecting door and script to swap the guards in that room to the original faction (enemy of player) when it is tripped

(or do same with aliases ... whichever suits your situation)

That might actually work. Thanks.
