Hi i know this is a odd question but say something priority mail is in alaska leaving on the 20th at 1:01 and the tracking hasn't updated since is that normal?

Erm, I suppose it could just be waiting at a depot to be picked up by the deliverer. It's happened to me a few times but it usually starts moving within 2 days.
I wouldn't wait too much longer before maybe contacting the company and seeing what the hold up is.

I've had orders that did that as well & then find the next update to say "Out for delivery"

But I also agree with Arathorn.

I have some shirts on order and they're being delivered from Hong Kong. The link to the tracking page on the website brings me to a site that hasn't been updated since 1994. I'd be worried except I've ordered about 12 shirts from them over the past year and they've all arrived fine.

Probably waiting for other packages to arrive first, or paperwork issue.
