I'm trying to find the Shock Bolt Schematic in Mzinchaleft but the quest helper keeps sending me in circles. I'll go through the Dwemer mine but instead of showing me where its at it send me through the mine, through Blackreach, back out to Skyrim and then through the entrance of the mine again. Does anyone know where this damned schematic is
