Pro:

The game itself is mind-blowingly fantastic. Huge, beautiful, addictive.

Cons:

Graphics bugs. Includes disappearing water.
Edges of screen cut-off & some text too small to read on a standard def TV.

From 10, I take half a point off for the graphics bugs, and a whole point for discriminating against a big chunk of the population.

8.5 and no DLC purchases until the major issues are fixed.
