Should 100 magnitude ABfrostResist stop all frost damage?

Did a search for this and did not find much.

The issue is that the vanilla Elemental resistance Magic Effects do not seem to work. I am using the ABfrostResist (vanillia magic effect) at magnatude 100 and frost still damages my actor. Same with Fire and Shock. I used a debug message to be sure it is on the actor and even checked their actor value for FrostResist and it is 100 while the spell is on and 0 when it is off.

I read this http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Resist_Magic:

Magic Resistance decreases the damage of any offensive spell by the displayed percentage. Stacking is possible, but total Magic Resistance is capped at 85%.

But the DEV have notes in the CT for vampires indicating that they shoudld take NO frost damage while using ABFrostResist.

I just saw this same question yesterday (ithink?). Tried finding the thread but failed (admittedly, I didn't try very hard...)

In that thread someone suggested using a perk that uses the Mod Incoming Spell Damage entry point and conditioning it with the MagicDamageIce keyword

Well I seem to have this fixed, it was just a condition that had not been meet (the angle around the actor).
