I wanna BUILD MY OWN HOUSE.

Hey, why not. :)
Would be pretty cool if you single handedly built a castle... Just because.

Someone just needs to mod in some blocks and logs. Script them in a way where you hit a hotkey and they "freeze" in that position so you can build on top of what you placed.

Ehh, I wouldnt care either way.
HOWEVER, if they can make this so, can we maybe have destructible buildings too?

Was anyone else under the impression that you were going to be able to do this in Oblivion? I thought we'd be able to farm, build, and destroy. At the least whatever happened to the who bedroll item I thought we were going to have. Either way, I think Skyrim should have these things.

interesting idea. I also think we should be able to create a town how we would like. Not necessarly build it, but may be give some guy money in the town and tell him to contstruct a fountain, then he would ask what kind and you would pick from a list of like 4 or 5. This way you would have a customizable town and not cause problems for the game itself. Kind of like what we wanted Kavack (wrong spelling probly) to be like in Oblivion.

Log Cabins are for bad-asses. Therefore you should only be able to do it if you've mastered at least four skills and peaked two attributes. But yes, in total, there should be an option to ,at some point in the game, build a log cabin in the Wilderlands.

I think that destructible building should be implemented in some way. Not to the point that any house can be destructed, but maybe throw it in some scenarios, certain quests where you must, I don't know, operate battering ram or catapult to destroy city walls with your horde. :hubbahubba:
