It should be, Building Bethesda Houses

Post » Fri Nov 16, 2012 1:41 pm

When i have no options, but to build to their specs.

i cannot put certain items in the rooms, i have to put what they decide in the room, their choices.

I wanted much more in certain rooms, and i'm stuck with lame things.

Luckily i was picked for dawnguard DLC, as i did not think it was worth the price, and this, while only 400MP, was kind of lame

So everyone who has skyrim, will have the same house, same options, and same furnishings. Absolutely no uniqueness to it. What, your house is different, because you went with 2 tables, while i went 1. LOL LOL

Are each of your other 149 posts filled with as much whining as this one?

Do we really need another crybaby thread? I wanted this, I wanted that, boo hoo. Maybe make one thread for all the whiners.

If you really expected this dlc to allow you to completly customize every detail of your home you are delusional and dont understand the tes games and how they are developed.

Are all of yours just as pointless as this one?

No, a Bethesda house is one which remains half built, with a sign outside saying 'soon'...

Sorry I couldn't resist.

The Creation Engine not even a year old and it's already extremely limited. A poor investment. They'll probably use it once more for Fallout 4, then scrap it for a new engine with ES VI.

i'm not asking for stained glass windows, and this fancy stuff, but you can't even create your own room with their format.

i wanted more manequins for my armory, more stands for weapons, etc. You can only create x amount, but i can have useless cases, which no one uses and have very little use.

I hope to hell they don't use it in anything after this, what I don't get though is that the settler mod for both FO3 and NV work very well in this regard. why not have the same functionality for the DLC, I would think that letting players, especially console players manually move what furniture goes where would go a long way to customization options for everyone , the engine can do it

I feel duped. They should have said in the trailer for hearthfire that you can build the exact same clone of a house in this trailer. You will have no options to place things where you want and no option to redecorate your house if your not happy with any of the furniture.

But you can Decide what rooms you can have. Or all when you have 3 houses. Much better then city
